Membership in the Association is voluntary.

Membership is limited to real property owners in the defined boundaries. There is o be 1 category of membership; (1) Single family membership. Every person age 18 or older who is a member of a residential household in the described area is eligible to become a member of the Association.
Membership entitles the member to 1 vote at each general meeting or at each annual election.

Annual Dues are $15 per house hold.
